National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) Recruitment Notification (Advertisement No. 11/2024)

The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) invites applications for direct recruitment to the following positions:

Pay Scale: Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC (₹67,700–₹2,08,700).
Vacancies: 3 (Unreserved).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Essential Eligibility:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in an executive capacity in finance, accounts, audit, or project appraisal within a bank, financial, or developmental institution.
- Proficiency in computers and related software is required.

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC (₹56,100–₹1,77,500).
Vacancies: 2 (Unreserved).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Essential Eligibility:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, or project appraisal within a bank, financial, or developmental institution.
- Proficiency in computers and related software is required.

Vacancies: The number of vacancies is subject to change as per the Corporation's requirements.
Posting Locations: Selected candidates can be posted at the Head Office in New Delhi, LINAC in Gurugram, or any Regional Office across the country.
Age Relaxation: Permissible for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Ex-servicemen, and regular NCDC employees as per Government of India rules.
Reserved Categories: No reservations for OBC/SC/ST candidates. However, they may apply as unreserved candidates. Relaxations in application fees will apply as per norms.
Eligibility Criteria: Age, educational qualifications, and experience will be determined as of the last date for submitting the application.

If a large number of applications are received, the Corporation may adopt the following shortlisting methods:

Preference for higher educational qualifications than the minimum required.
Preference for higher relevant experience than the minimum required.
Evaluation of experience before or after acquiring the essential qualification.
Conduct of a Recruitment Test, with 75% weightage given to test marks and 25% to interview performance for determining final merit.
