Position: Junior Consultant / Associate Consultant (Mechanical)

Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Junior Consultant:

   • Vacancies: 4 positions.
   • Eligibility: Retired ONGC personnel at E1-E3 levels with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Maintenance section of Work Over/Drilling operations.
   • Age Limit: Candidates should be within 63 years of age as of 31st December 2024.
   • Monthly Remuneration: ₹40,000 per month (inclusive of all), along with a maximum of ₹2,000 for communication facilities.

2. Associate Consultant:

   • Eligibility: Retired ONGC personnel at E4-E6 levels with at least 10 years of experience. If E4/E5 level candidates are unavailable, E6 level retirees may be considered, with remuneration capped at the E5 level.
   • Age Limit: Same as above (within 63 years as of 31st December 2024).
   • Monthly Remuneration: ₹66,000 per month (inclusive of all), along with a maximum of ₹2,000 for communication facilities.

Note: The number of posts for Junior and Associate Consultants may vary depending on ONGC’s requirements.

   • The date, venue for the test, personal interaction, and other details will be shared with shortlisted candidates via email.

4. Engagement Period:

   • The initial contract period will be one year, extendable for a second year based on ONGC’s requirement and satisfactory performance.

Key Terms and Conditions:

• Contractual Basis: The engagement will be purely contractual and subject to medical fitness as determined by ONGC’s Medical Authority.
• Leave Policy: One paid leave for every completed month of service (not eligible for carry forward or encashment).
• Exclusions: No benefits, allowances, incentives, or facilities provided to regular ONGC employees will be applicable to contract-based employees.
