Applications are invited online from eligible candidates for Registrar posts on an Academic Arrangement Basis under S.O. 364 of 2020. The tenure is initially for one year, extendable annually up to three years based on satisfactory performance.

Application Process
- Mode of Application: Online only via www.gdcsrinagar.org.
- Application Period: 12-12-2024 to 01-01-2025 (till 3:00 PM).
- Fee: Rs. 700/- to be deposited at any J&K Bank branch.
Required Documents (Self-Attested)
- BDS and MDS Degree Certificates
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Domicile Proof
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card (as per DCI)
- Valid Dental Council Registration Certificate (with renewal)
Conditions & Eligibility
- Maximum Age (Non-Service Applicants): 50 years.
- Must have completed BDS/MDS from a DCI-recognized institution.
- In-Service Candidates:
- Must apply with prior approval from the Administrative Department.
- Selected candidates will be on deputation for three years.
- Non-service candidates will be engaged as per S.O. 364 of 2020.
- Salary as per S.O. 364 of 2020.

- The selection process follows Government Orders No. 382-JK(HME) and 383-JK(HME) of 2024, dated 20-06-2024.
- The competent authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the advertisement without notice.
